再保险精算定价经理-寿险健康险

岗位职责： 1.Leadthepricinganddevelopmentfornewhealthproducts主导新健康险再保产品的精算定价及产品开发 2.Design/updatetechnicalpricingtoolsandupdatepricingparameters设计及更新技术定价工具，并维护定价参数 3.Developandmaintainpricingframeworkandguidelines制定并维护定价框架及定价指引 4.Developportfoliomanagementreportresponsibleclientaccounts为所负责的客户编制组合管理报告 5.Supportbusinessplanningandportfoliomanagement支持年度业务计划制订与客户组合管理工作 6.Actasbusinesspartnertoenabledialoguesbetweenbusinessdivisions作为本地窗口，推动各合作部门以及与跨区域部门间的沟通协作 7.Partnerwithotherstakeholderstodesignandimplementmanagementinformationreporttomonitorinsuranceriskunderwrittenbybusinessdivisionsincludingriskadjustedpriceindices,exposureaggregate/limitsandbusinessvolumes与其他相关团队协作，设计并落地管理信息报告，以监控各业务部门承保的保险风险，包括风险调整后价格指数、风险累积/限额及业务规模 8.Providetrainingtobusinessclientsonpricing,portfoliomanagementasnecessary根据业务需要，为商业合作伙伴提供定价及业务管理相关培训 岗位要求： 1.Bachelordegreeorabove;preferencewillbegiventodegreeinsurance,actuarialscience,mathematics,statisticsandnaturalsciences本科及以上学历，保险/精算/数学/统计学/自然科学相关专业优先具有8年及以上再保险行业寿险及健康险的精算定价及/或产品开发经验 3.Actuarialqualification/fellowshippreferred具备精算资格认证者优先具备对医疗险、重疾险产品设计逻辑与市场发展趋势的深度思考 5.Goodinterpersonalskillsandabletocommunicatecomplexideasclearly具备较强的沟通能力，能够清晰传递复杂信息 6.ProficientinbothspokenandwrittenEnglish英语听说读写流利
